Frequently asked questions
- How is a commercial cleaning scope agreed?
- We start with a site assessment, then prepare a written scope that lists areas, tasks, frequencies and exclusions. Nothing is assumed; the scope is reviewed with you before it is finalised.
- Can cleaning happen while the building is occupied?
- Often, yes. Daytime tasks can be scheduled around occupancy, with noisier or wet work placed in quieter windows. The right split between daytime and after-hours attendance is agreed during scoping.
- What happens if something is missed?
- Issues are reported through the agreed route to a named contact, recorded, and closed out. Recurring issues are addressed at review, which may mean changing a method, frequency or the scope itself.
- Do you supply consumables?
- Consumables such as hand towel, soap and bin liners can be included or excluded from the scope. Responsibilities for supply, storage and replenishment are documented so there is no ambiguity.
