How scope works
Agreed in writing before the first shift
A scope document sets out the areas, tasks, frequencies and exclusions for your site. It becomes the reference point for inspections, requests and changes.
Routine tasks
Daily or scheduled tasks by area, such as workstation surfaces, washrooms, kitchens, floors and waste.
Periodic tasks
Less frequent work such as carpet cleaning, hard-floor maintenance or high-level dusting, listed with its own frequency.
Exclusions and extras
Work outside the routine scope, quoted separately when needed, so there are no assumptions on either side.
Responsibilities
Consumables, equipment storage, access, security and reporting responsibilities set out clearly.
