Ultimate Cleaning

Our approach

Understand, scope, plan, deliver, review

A straightforward sequence for starting and running a commercial cleaning contract. Each stage is agreed with you, so expectations are clear from the first conversation onward.

Stages

  1. 01

    Understanding the site

We begin with a walk-through and a conversation. What are the areas and surfaces? When is the building occupied? Who manages access? What has worked or not worked before? What outcomes matter most to your team?

    • Floor areas, finishes and fixtures
    • Occupancy, trading hours and peak periods
    • Access, security and induction rules
    • Current pain points and priorities

  2. 02

    Defining scope

A written scope lists the areas, tasks, frequencies and exclusions. It is a document you review and refine, not a fixed template, and it becomes the reference point for everything that follows.

    • Routine and periodic tasks by area
    • Frequencies and attendance windows
    • Consumables and equipment responsibilities
    • Exclusions and separately quoted work
  3. 03

    Mobilisation planning

Before the first shift we plan how the service will start: inductions, keys or access credentials, equipment and storage, consumables, communication channels and any handover from a previous provider.

    • Access and induction arrangements
    • Equipment, storage and consumables
    • Named contacts on both sides
    • Handover and transition steps

  4. 04

    Roles and communication

Clear responsibilities reduce friction. We agree who your point of contact is, how requests are raised, how issues are followed up and how changes to the scope are handled.

    • A named point of contact
    • An agreed way to raise requests
    • Follow-up and escalation route
    • How scope changes are documented
  5. 05

    Delivery coordination

Routine attendance to the agreed scope, coordinated around your operations. Where trading hours, events or works affect access, the schedule is adjusted by agreement rather than assumption.

    • Attendance to the agreed scope
    • Coordination around operational changes
    • Prompt handling of requests
    • Safe work practices on site

  6. 06

    Review and improvement

Inspections and review conversations at the cadence set out in the contract. Findings are discussed openly and feed back into the scope where changes are warranted.

    • Inspections against agreed criteria
    • Review meetings at the agreed cadence
    • Documented actions and follow-up
    • Scope adjustments by agreement

A note on systems

Method first, tools second

The specific inspection formats, reporting frequency and communication tools for your contract are agreed with you and documented in the scope. We describe them here as a method rather than as a named platform.

Discuss your site requirements

Tell us about your premises and the outcomes that matter to your team. We will talk through a scope that reflects how your site operates.
