Quality & site management
What you should expect to agree
Consistent cleaning depends on a small number of things being clearly agreed at the start. This page sets out the matters a client should expect to see documented in any commercial cleaning contract, including ours.

Seven agreements
Documented before mobilisation
Each of these is confirmed during scoping and written into the agreement for your site.
Scope and frequencies
Which areas are cleaned, which tasks are performed and how often. Periodic work is listed with its own frequency so it is not lost inside routine tasks.
Inspection criteria
What a completed area should look like, by surface type, so inspections by either party measure the same thing. Criteria are set out before mobilisation.
Issue reporting
How a missed task, a spill or a supply shortage is raised, by whom, through which channel, and what the expected follow-up looks like.
Escalation contacts
Named contacts on both sides and a defined path if a matter is not resolved at the first point of contact.
Review cadence
How often service reviews take place, who attends and what is covered. The cadence is set to suit the size and complexity of the site.
Site access
Keys, access credentials, alarm procedures, sign-in requirements and any induction or clearance conditions specific to the site.
Service changes
How additional work, temporary changes and permanent scope adjustments are requested, quoted where relevant and documented.
Common procurement questions
- Do you use a client portal or live reporting dashboard?
- Reporting and communication arrangements are agreed for each contract and documented in the scope. This website does not describe a specific platform, and we do not make claims about technology that has not been confirmed for your site.
- Are you ISO certified?
- Certifications, insurance details and other credentials are only published on this website once verified. If you need this information for a tender or supplier onboarding, ask through the procurement enquiry route and we will respond directly.
- How quickly do you respond to issues?
- Response expectations are agreed as part of the contract rather than promised generically. We do not publish response-time guarantees on this website.
- Who inspects the work?
- Inspection responsibilities are set out in the agreement. Typically both the provider and the client's representative inspect against the same agreed criteria, and findings are discussed at review.
Need this for a tender?
Use the procurement route and we will respond to supplier questionnaires and information requests directly.
