Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Ultimate Cleaning handles personal information collected through this website. It is written in plain language and is subject to review by the business before publication of the final site.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect the information you enter: typically your name, organisation, email address, phone number if provided, the location of your site and a description of your requirement. For careers expressions of interest we collect your name, contact details, area, availability and any experience you describe.

We also record basic technical information needed to protect the forms from misuse, including a hashed (one-way, irreversible) representation of your network address and the page from which a form was submitted. We do not use this to identify you.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site assessment or take part in a procurement process.
  • To consider your expression of interest in working with us.
  • To protect the website and its forms from spam and automated misuse.
  • To send occasional practical updates by email, only if you ticked the separate marketing consent box. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a private database that is not publicly readable. Access is restricted to server-side processes and authorised staff. Business enquiries and applicant information are stored in separate records.

How long we keep it

Business enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from submission and applicant information for up to 12 months, after which records are removed automatically unless a contract or ongoing recruitment process requires them to be kept longer. Anti-abuse records are removed within one day.

Analytics

Where website analytics are enabled, they record page views and aggregate interactions such as button clicks and completed forms. Analytics never receive names, email addresses, phone numbers or the content of your enquiry.

Access and correction

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
